Architecture: Are you an architect, civil engineer, designer or decorator?
We create detailed floor plans for any space you need. Our 3D floor plans provide a more accurate and realistic representation of your design, helping you visualize and measure your space effectively.”
Capture the current state of a property and compare it with the final result effortlessly.
We document your project’s progress, giving you valuable insights at every stage. Upon completion, we provide CAD-ready data. In today’s world, photorealistic visualizations are essential for planning and presentation.

The complete solution for architecture, construction and decoration.
3D Presentation
- Engineers and architects can remotely inspect the site and monitor project progress through a virtual tour.
- Your partners can utilize the 3D model to create a visual task list for pending work.
- Capture the same site at different stages to document construction progress over time.
- Experience the space in immersive detail using VR glasses.
3D Measurements
- Take precise measurements of dimensions.
- Measure remotely—no need to visit the site for basic measurements.
- Accurately measure objects, rooms, or even entire workplaces.
- High-precision results with a deviation of no more than 1%.
2D Photography
- Capture high-quality, flat 2D images of the site.
- Take unlimited photos for use in both print and digital applications.
- Download your 2D photos as standard JPG files.
- Use them for internal communication or include them in project documentation for clients.
360º Spherical & Panoramic Photos
- Download unlimited 360º photo spheres directly from the site.
- Each 360° photosphere is a fully immersive panoramic image from the 3D model.
- Open and edit them using any 360º image viewer or editor, such as Pano2VR.

High-Resolution Floor Plan Image
- Get a top-down view of the entire workstation and its contents at a glance.
- Use it in AutoCAD as a trace element or open it in Maya, 3ds Max, or other 3D modeling software.
- The floor plan is a unique, rectangular projection of the 3D grid. You can create custom views or slices of the 3D mesh by manipulating the OBJ file.
OBJ File
- Matterport integrates 3D depth data with 2D visual data to generate an accurate 3D grid, saved as an OBJ file.
- Most users do not require an OBJ file, but 3D developers and VR professionals can leverage it to build projects with a realistic 3D model of physical spaces.
- To open the OBJ file, we recommend using Maya, 3ds Max, or Meshlab. If using Maya, you may need to convert OBJ to FBX. For SketchUp, an OBJ import plug-in is required.
- OBJ files use a scale of 1 unit = 1 meter. You may need to adjust the scale in your 3D software after importing.
